Let’s face it, working out is hard. It’s a very special, very select few who truly love it and honestly crave it. For the rest of us mortals, bringing yourself to exercise is difficult. Finding the time, even more so. But there’s good news: you don’t necessarily have to find an hour five times a week if you want to make a positive change in your life and commit to exercising. In the end, what’s 7 minutes first thing in the morning? Wake up your muscles slowly by stretching right, and then start your day by getting your blood pumping. Within a couple of weeks, you will start to see that your shape has changed, and your overall moods have too. The important thing to remember though is that you have to commit. You have to decide that this is really what you want, and make it a habit your morning is incomplete without.
